Giving Tuesday

On this Giving Tuesday,

We ask for support so we can help dogs like Cooper...

Cooper's 'family' contacted All About Labs because they just didn’t ‘like' him. They felt they could do better with a new puppy and they wanted him out as soon as possible. Can you imagine?

Thankfully because of supporters like you, All About Labs took him right away.

And what a blessing, because Cooper arrived sad, depressed and detached.

Within weeks, Cooper was on his way to a loving, forever home in California.

Read Cooper's journey as told by his new mommy below!

Cooper's Story

My beloved dog, passed away at 16 years, 10 months in late March. I was devastated but I also knew that I’d rescue another dog in her memory.

Betsy let me know about a 5 year old Black Lab boy named Cooper in Arkansas that had been rescued from a home that called him aloof and stand offish, two things that make me laugh.

When Cooper arrived in late April, it did not take long for him to make himself right at home, snuggling up next to me on the couch and sleeping with me in my bed.

Cooper is a joy. He’s smart and loving and funny and a total love bug. His smile is infectious.

I don’t know who his former owners were and I don’t know how they missed how wonderful and special Cooper is but I am also thankful that they did otherwise I wouldn’t have the best, most lovable, goofy lab boy as my companion.

As I tell Cooper everyday: “I belong to you and you belong to me and we will be family forever, sweet boy.”
